I am a very happy new owner of a garage in Lisbon, near the airport. This was the second deal that Filipa Santos helped me complete – the first one was a much bigger deal, buying a big house near Lourinhã. The wonderful thing about Filipa is that although the size of the two deals are incomparable I had the exact same precision, attention, devotion and kindness with the current, small deal. She is unbelievably responsive, even out of hours and also very creative to find the best solutions. Her native Canadian as well as native Portuguese are a treasure – not just for language but also for understanding the cultural expectations of foreigners. Simone and Fillipa were great. My mom is retiring to Portugal on a very fixed modest income. There wasn’t many options apartment wise for her and the few we found got bought quickly. But Simone still made it happen! We signed yesterday! She went to all the viewings with us, as well as the signing, and is still helping us get set up. She even showed us where the nearest train station was and good places to shop around the new apartment. She’s made this transition much easier and I’m so glad Filipa put us in touch with her. Now I can leave Portugal knowing my mom is set up well for her new life here. Thank you!
