Filipa Santos and her team are absolutely outstanding. Moving from another country is never easy and having done it before, we were prepared for stress and mad dashes to tie loose ends. But with our latest move to Lisbon, Filipa and her team (Rodrigo + Ana) went above and beyond. Our move was absolutely seamless. We couldn’t physically visit the apartment beforehand, but Filipa worked closely with us to provide us as much documentation/videos to be able to pick the perfect apartment. She then worked with her team to help set up all utilities so that when we arrived, the apartment was ready to go. They are all so communicative, checking in and helping us coordinate. We are so happy with our new home, and are grateful to Filipa for helping us as much as she did. Highly recommend!
